Eat a healthy diet: A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats, such as the Mediterranean diet, can help your brain. Manage stress: Chronic stress can affect mental health, so it's important to find healthy ways to manage stress. Get enough sleep: Getting enough sleep is crucial for mental health; Keep your mind active: Participating in activities that challenge your mind, such as learning a new skill or volunteering, can help you improve your skills. Manage your health: Controlling conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease may help reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
